Large fields for set builds and the driveway to the farm is a mile long private road.
There is an area for camping and their are other grass fields and barns on site is well.
There are several suitable pre 1975 buildings on site for offices, clubhouse ad showers. There are also portable shipping containers that was used on the farm pre 1975.
On site there is a tall metal mast that is the old BBC transmitting station built in 1966.
13,100 sqft of hardstanding which can be used for a unit base or a set build if required.
Access to water via a standpipe for unit bases.
On the farm there is an old Dutch barn that has 100+ metres of rough track to get to it and toilets at the farm which are about 400 metres walk or 2 minutes on the road.
There is 700 metres of rough track leading to some old and dilapidated sheep barns. The barns back onto the main road, through the road is a hidden hedge.
