This is an Edwardian building that has been host to the Labour
movement and Trade Unions since 1923. The Hall consists of a meeting
room on the ground floor offices on the mezzanine, a very large congregational
space with vaulted timber ceilings on the first floor.
It is mainly in its original early twentieth century condition, and has been subject
to the addition of toilets and some ad hoc partitioning and decoration.
